Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellation within 12 hours of scheduled appointment. After 15 minutes of no-show, appointment is considered canceled. If the appointment is not confirmed within 12 hours of scheduled time it is considered canceled.
